Diversity Scholars Program scholarships are awarded to students who have demonstrated leadership potential, academic excellence, a willingness to create positive change and a commitment to the principles of diversity. The program brings students together from different cultures and backgrounds and provides them the opportunity to assist with campus events and help facilitate conversations around race, equality and equity. The scholarship is awarded to 10 students each year and includes in-state tuition and fees, leadership development workshops, mentorship opportunities, service-learning and international experiences. Full in-state tuition and fees covered for up to 8 semesters.
How to Apply & Important Deadlines:
- November 1, Submit the application for admission
- November 15, Submit the application for signature scholarships and all application materials
- Students selected for interviews will be notified in early January
