Dates & Deadlines

First-year Students

November 15 - Early Action deadline required for scholarship consideration

February 1 - Priority filing date for the FAFSA to receive first consideration for all need-based institutional scholarships (including ACCESS)

February  - The Chancellor's, Beaver College of Health Sciences  and Reich College of Education scholars will be announced

March 31 - Scholarship recipients must accept their scholarship or request an extension by this date

Transfer Students

February 1- Consideration begins for transfer students with completed application

March 1 - Award offers begin to go out on or around the first of each month until all funds are secured

Continuing Students

December 1 - ASAP application opens

February 7 - ASAP application closes

Graduate Students

A number of scholarships are available for qualifying incoming graduate students who enroll in degree programs. Some of these are awarded by the Williams Graduate School based on a competitive review process, while other awards are made by individual programs and departments. Processes and deadlines vary by scholarship, so please visit the Graduate Schools site for more information.
